*NEW CLIENTS* Initial Āyurvedic Health Counseling - 2 Sessions
In order to best serve you as an individual we start with (2) Āyurvedic Health Counseling Sessions. After you book your first appointment you are given an in depth intake form. The first session we go over this intake form, do a structural analysis, as well as a pulse and tongue diagnostic (90 minutes). The second session we go over what is your constitution (prakruti) and what is your current imbalance (vikruti) and then a treatment plan that that works with your needs based on āyurveda lifestyle, yoga, and bodywork therapies (60 minutes). Book these first 2 sessions within a week of each other if possible and please fill out the intake form 48 hours before the appointment.
